Position : Project manager
Mission : Management and follow up of multi projects of product industrialization (Budget = 400 K€)
Tasks :
__Prepare project budget and project key datas, in cooperation with Program/Sales dpt
__Prepare Project plan, and define key dates of project
__Coordinate activities of project team (Methods, Quality, Purchase, Toolshop)in Czech Republic, Singapore, China and Malaysia
__Communicate with customer concerning the project follow up review and negotiation (from phase design of Strip Lay out until PPAP Production Part Approval Process)
__Follow up of budget, cost analysis and amortizement
__Follow up the project until obtaining the Production Part Approval Process qualification by customer.
__Submit handover project to production dpt for internal approval and start mass production
_Manage divers projects : new tool, tool transfer, copy tool.
_Manage internal projects : cost of production analysis and material savings. Use SAP software daily.
_Projects management for different customers (PSA Peugeot Citroen, PHILIPS, HARMAN BECKER, ZOLLNER, TEFAL, VALEO, SCHNEIDER Electric)
Results: Better follow up of budget, decrease of material costs and packaging of final product, 20 projects managed from 2009

Position : Project Consultant
__Position as project consultant at customer’s plant for 3 months (Continental)
__Visit to customers with Business manager to get contract for new projects.

Responsible of improvement of system quality at supplier plants (in Czech Rep):
_Work with our czech suppliers and SQManager in France
_Audit of quality finished parts/processes, moulded plastic components, maintenance programme
_Analysis of Non-quality and elaboration of action plan Quality, use quality tools (Pareto, 5S, 8D, Hishikawa, Check-lists)
_Organization of production line transfer from Czch Rep to Romania
_Weekly report sent to french staff (quality, logistics, maintenance) the production results.

job position : Production Engineer (on Assembly Line unit) in charge of implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance TPM method
_Analyze of production problems (machine breakdowns, frequency and time) ; making graphics
_Use tools of the Quality (5S, Check-lists, Pareto,...)
_Supervising good use of the Quality tools
_Training of operators
results : effectiveness of production equipment maximized
