Very much enjoying the elements of both hands on recruitment and team management and loving the daily challenges it brings.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the overall strategy and delivery of staffing services to the business, a key business partner.


Leadership of Regus staffing team
Responsible for management, leadership, motivation, coaching and development of the Regional Staffing Managers.
Setting quarterly, monthly and weekly targets and objectives
Review of existing recruitment processes and evaluation and implementation of new process for teams both in Prague and Paris
Personal ownership of senior management recruitment throughout EMEA.
Active member of Management Team in the Shared Services Centre, Prague
Development of reporting for activity breakdown and recruitment analysis
Analysis of time to hire and cost per hire as well as sourcing channels
