Responsibility for quality and operation of GSM network, Base-station-subsystempart in Moravia region.
Leading a team of 14 members, time management and supervising with respect to KPI.
Coordination of activities during the crisis situations.
Cooperation and negotiation with other departments and suppliers.
Participation in project for increasing processes efficiency. Reorganization and changes implementation.
Participation in testing of new Base-station-subsystem hardware. Training courses for technicians.
