• Laser Project: Introduce a laser marking system for motors identification plates (50 k€).
• Customers’ Returns study: Measure and analyze of the main defects from after sales service.
• Six Sigma Project: Decrease the motors painting line PPM rate.

Development Engineer in cutting tools conditions:
• Try new materials to machine part of A380 reactors in Titanium.
• Optimization of cutting tools condition (lubricant, shape and material of the tool).

Logistical Engineer: Reorganization of the after sales parts layout:
• Two automatic storages of 10 000 references.
• Sale of sleeping stock to the other plant of the group.

2006 - 2008Technician: development of a cutting tools data base:
• Sort and organization of standard and prototypes cutting tools.
• Fill in of a data base on cutting conditions.

2003 - 2005Technician in technical department (Part time job/BTS sandwich courses):
• Maintenance and improvement of the production lines.
• In charge of a new product production (budget 20 k€).
