My name is David, I have been working as a sommelier since I finished my Sommelier Education in Beaune, Burgundy, France in June 2005. I am currently working as a free lance sommelier in Bangkok, Thailand, after having worked in some of the best hotels in Asia: Leela Palace Chanakyapuri, New Delhi (in the Diplomatic Enclave, most expensive Hotel ever built in India), and Lebua Hotel in Thailand (highest FnB revenue for a hotel in South East Asia, ahead of Mandarin Oriental Bangkok if banquet revenue is not taken into account). I previously worked in some other high end operations (such as Head Sommelier at Kampa Group, four high end restaurants, one of the 3 leading groups of high end Restaurants in Prague).
I am interesting in opening the market in Thailand for a company who wants to export high quality food and beverage.
